Highway Reporting Tool
You can use the tool at www.suffolk.gov.uk and report the following:
- Potholes
- Empty salt grit heap
- Blocked drains
- Problems with drain manhole covers
- Faulty street lights
- Obscured, missing or damaged signs
- Trees or hedges affecting the highway
- Pavement defects
- Missing or faded road markings
- Incidents involving Heavy Goods Vehicles
- Problems with bridge or highway structure
- Debris, weed or mud on the road
- Flooding on a road or pavement
- Problems with public right of way
There are FIVE easy steps:
- Read the information on the entry screen then click the continue button.
- Find your location by typing the road name, parish or postcode of the problem in the search box.
- Click on the map to plot the location of the problem.
- Complete the short Report a Problem form.
- Click the Submit Report button.
It only takes a few minutes to complete the form and you can track the progress. You can also report a problem with the highway by emailing:
