The Council meets every two months in the URC Chapel, The Street, Monks Eleigh (whilst the new Village Hall is under construction) with additional meetings being held following notification.
Each meeting commences promptly at 7.30pm in the URC Chapel unless otherwise informed.

Members of the public are invited to attend each meeting and time is set aside for a public forum. Notice of all meetings and agendas are placed on the Parish Notice Boards situated:
The Annual Parish Meeting is held in March and the Annual Parish Council Meeting (at which the Chairman and Vice-Chairman are elected for the following year) in May.
District Councillor Clive Arthey and the Suffolk County Councillor attend meetings regularly keeping the Parish Councillors informed at both District and County level.
A member of the West Babergh Safer Neighbourhood Team also regularly attend meetings and where unable so to do keep the Council informed by means of a written report.
